Terms of use

These Terms define access to and use of the brochure website jdhentretiensetservices.com (the “Site”), which presents JDH Entretiens et Services (“JDH”, “we”) and lets you contact us, request a quote or apply for a job.

The Site alone is not a service contract. Any job is subject to a separate agreement (accepted quote, or clear written/oral confirmation).

The Legal notice complements this information.

• User: anyone who accesses the Site or its features.
• Content: texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, structure and any element published on the Site.
• Form: quote, contact, newsletter, application or any other form provided.
• Services: cleaning / maintenance services described informationally on the Site.

Access to the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not accept them, do not use the Site or its forms.

Submitting a form also constitutes acceptance of the Terms and the Privacy policy, where applicable via a checkbox.

The Site is free for any User with Internet access. Connection costs remain the User’s responsibility.

JDH aims for reasonable availability, subject to maintenance, hosting incidents, network failure or force majeure.

No user account is created. Preferences (language, theme) and a quote draft may be stored locally in your browser.

The Site notably lets you:

• browse JDH, services and work;
• request a quote;
• write via the contact form;
• subscribe to a newsletter if enabled;
• apply via the recruitment form if open;
• read FAQ and legal pages.

JDH may change, suspend or remove features.

Service descriptions, service zones (Abomey-Calavi, Cotonou, Ouidah), timelines, hours (Lun – Sam, 9h00 – 18h00) and other information are indicative.

They are not a firm offer, binding public price list or automatic contractual commitment.

Only a personalised quote — or a clear confirmation — binds the parties for a job.

By submitting a form, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, lawful information and not to impersonate others.

A quote request does not oblige JDH to accept the job. We may refuse, postpone or condition a visit (load, zone, site nature, safety, etc.).

Photos and attachments are only used to estimate and prepare the job; they are not published without consent.

Stated reply times (e.g. within 24h on a working day) are indicative and depend on real load.

Performance of cleaning / maintenance jobs, prices, slots (day / night), payment methods (Espèces, Mobile Money, Virement) and on-site terms are covered by a separate agreement.

If the Site and an accepted quote conflict, the quote (and amendments) prevails for that job.

The User agrees to:

• use the Site lawfully under the laws of the Republic of Benin and these Terms;
• not harm the Site’s operation, security or integrity (intrusion, abusive scraping, overload, malware, etc.);
• not send unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, spam or unsolicited advertising content, or third-party data without authorisation;
• not mass-harvest Site content without written permission;
• respect JDH and third-party intellectual property.

Site Content is protected. Unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is prohibited, subject to legal exceptions.

Third-party marks (including Kärcher) remain their owners’ property.

The Site may link to WhatsApp, social networks or other services. Those services have their own terms; JDH does not control their content or availability.

The User uses them at their own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, JDH is not liable for:

• Site interruptions, errors or unavailability due to the host, network or force majeure;
• damage from non-compliant use of the Site;
• content or processing by third-party platforms after leaving the Site;
• decisions based solely on general Site information without quote validation.

The User remains responsible for their device and access security.

Processing of data collected via the Site is described in the Privacy and data protection policy (Benin Digital Code / APDP; GDPR principles for relevant processors).

JDH may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site with its update date.

Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If any clause is held void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin.

Disputes relating to Site use will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Benin shall have jurisdiction, subject to public-policy rules.
